1. Commitment to Privacy
RichPoint.in ("we", "us", or "our") provides an online utility for parsing and downloading user-requested video streams from public web sources. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy and anonymity of all users accessing our website.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
Unlike other web services, RichPoint.in does not require or collect:
- Personal identifying information (Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or passwords).
- Payment information or credit card numbers (our services are completely free).
- Records or logs linking specific IP addresses to video URLs downloaded.
- Copies of video files or media streams (media is streamed directly to client devices).
3. Information Automatically Processed
When you access RichPoint.in, our web servers temporarily process standard HTTP request headers strictly necessary to render the page and prevent denial-of-service abuse:
- IP Address: Temporarily held in volatile memory solely for firewall rate-limiting and anti-DDoS filtering, then discarded.
- Browser User-Agent: Used to deliver the optimized responsive layout (mobile vs desktop view).
- Referrer Headers: Used to understand general navigation traffic patterns.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We do not use tracking or profiling cookies. We utilize standard browser localStorage solely to remember your chosen interface preference:
richpoint_theme: Saves your Dark Mode / Light Mode setting locally on your browser.
5. Third-Party Links & Content
Our service parses public URLs from third-party social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter). When you click external links or download media originating from those platforms, their respective privacy policies govern the hosted content.
6. Data Security
All communication between your device and RichPoint.in is encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). This prevents third parties or ISPs from intercepting the URL or media streams requested.
7. Contact Information
If you have questions, feedback, or concerns regarding our privacy practices, please contact us via our Contact Page or via email at support@richpoint.in.
